Camarillo Concrete Patio
I have had the pleasure of working with Anderson Construction since May 2022 while having them complete various jobs around my newly purchased home. I highly recommended Anderson Construction for their superior skills in craftsmanship as well as dedication. Their team of professionals is outstanding and aims to please their customer above all else. They are prompt, reliable and explained in detail the process beforehand, so that I was kept abreast of details as they unfolded.
Recently, Lee Thai and Justin L were phenomenal in laying the groundwork for my patio using an overlay technique, updating my existing concrete. Rather than making my selection from pictures, Lee presented various board samples of texture, color and finish to help me make my choices using actual models. This approach was extremely helpful to me. Lee was present everyday the crew was here, working to manage and oversee the job until completion. I am more than thrilled with the results; it’s exactly as I envisioned.
Steve Young is absolutely terrific. He is extremely easy to work with; possesses a calm demeanor even in challenging situations. He has worked diligently in achieving a kitchen remodel, exterior door replacements, reconstruction of the outside facia where an old patio cover was removed, realignment of my washer and dryer to another wall, carpet replacement, French door installation, patio block wall with vinyl privacy fence and many other upgrades. Currently, Steve is making the arrangements for the installation of my new patio cover. While “being under construction” can be stressful, Steve has been outstanding in keeping things running smoothly. More importantly, letting me know that no matter what, Anderson will get the job done right. This is an invaluable quality when it comes to construction and I very much appreciate this attribute.
Lastly, Larry Anderson is the key to why Anderson is of significant value to me. He is approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He goes the extra length to see that the customer is completely satisfied. He is solution focused and receptive to listening to what the customer envisions. I have no doubt this is why his crew exhibits the same care and impeccable work ethics that he himself commands. Larry has gone above and beyond to make my house the delight I enjoy coming home to.
