ANDERSON Construction specializes in the design and construction of clean room facilities in Ventura County and surrounding areas, such as Santa Barbara, Calabasas, and West Valley, CA
This project involved a complete renovation and upgrade of an existing 137,000 ft², two-story manufacturing and office building for a major filtration products manufacturer in Camarillo CA. High-purity filters are manufactured in this facility, with a 30,000 ft² class 10,000 clean room, and a 15,000 ft² class 100,000 clean room.

We competitively bid the project in January, 2012 and then worked closely with the owner and the design team to cut the original bid price in half. We also added 378,000 CFM of air with a new HVAC system.
Our design team for this project was Square One Architecture, Creative Concepts Electrical Engineers, and Lyon Engineering on mechanical design.

The electrical service was upgraded to a new, state of the art 4,000 amp service which meters and records use by location to maintain energy efficiency and reduce usage costs.
